Give the Gift of a Sharp Kitchen

Nothing makes a home cook’s day like a perfectly sharp blade. Whether it’s for Valentine’s Day, a housewarming, or just because, you can now gift Local Root’s professional sharpening services.

Giving the gift of a professional sharpening experience is simple:

  • Step 1: Download the Card. Click the link below to download your Local Root Gift Authorization card.

  • Step 2: Fill It Out. Complete the "To," "From," and "Message" sections.

  • Step 3: Set Your Limit. Decide how much you’d like to spend—either by choosing a total dollar amount or a specific number of knives.

  • Step 4: Give the Gift. Send the digital file or print the card to give to your recipient.

  • Step 5: We Handle the Rest. Your recipient brings the card to 17 Donnell Street during their scheduled appointment.

GIVE THE GIFT OF SHARP

  • Authorized Limits: Any sharpening services exceeding the limit written on the card will be the responsibility of the recipient at the time of service.

  • Invoicing: Once the sharpening is complete, Local Root will send a digital invoice to the Giver's Email provided on the card.

  • Pickup: To ensure a smooth process, items will be released only once the invoice is paid in full. If the giver has not settled the invoice by the time of pickup, the recipient will be responsible for the balance to receive their knives.
